Peaches & Herb - (I Want Us) Back Together / I Pledge My Love

Description
Peaches & Herb bring two sides of romantic devotion together on this 1979 disco single. “(I Want Us) Back Together” puts reconciliation right at the heart of the release, while “I Pledge My Love” turns toward a promise made in plain, lasting words. Disco has always had room for feeling as well as motion: its steady pulse can carry a dance-floor invitation, but it can also give love songs an open, communal warmth. That balance makes these titles a natural pairing, tracing a small story from reunion to commitment. Released in the USA on Polydor, catalog number PD 2053, it captures disco’s gift for making romance feel shared.
