▣ Are the photos on Waxer.eu real photos? +
Yes. Every 7 inch record on Waxer.eu is photographed by us. We do not use stock images or generic catalogue pictures.
The record shown in the product photo is the exact record you receive.
▣ Do you photograph both sides of every record? +
Yes. We photograph the front and back of every 7 inch record, so you can check the actual labels, details and condition before ordering.
▣ What does the grading mean? +
We grade every item as clearly as possible. The media condition describes the vinyl itself. The sleeve condition describes the cover or company sleeve when present.
Used vinyl can show signs of age, storage and handling. The photos and grading together give the clearest picture of what you are buying.
▣ What does Generic mean? +
Generic means the record does not include its original picture sleeve. It may come in a plain sleeve or standard company sleeve.
Ordering
▣ Can I reserve a record? +
No. We cannot reserve individual records. Every item remains available until it has been ordered and paid for.
▣ Can I add an item to an existing order? +
No. Once an order has been placed, we cannot add extra items to it. If you want more records, please place a new order.
▣ Why do some records sell out quickly? +
Many 7 inch records on Waxer.eu are unique copies. Once a copy is sold, the exact item from the photo is no longer available.
▣ How often do you add new records? +
We add new 7 inch records regularly. New arrivals are listed with real photos and clear grading.
Shipping and returns

Orders are packed carefully for shipping. We use suitable packaging to protect the records during transport.
▣ How long does delivery take? +
Delivery time depends on your country and the shipping carrier. After your order has been shipped, you will receive the available tracking information.
