Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days after the day you receive your order, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, contact us before the 14 day period expires. Please include your name, order number and the products you wish to return.

After notifying us, you must send the products back within 14 calendar days.

Return conditions

We accept returns of products that are no longer wanted, as well as products that arrive damaged, are not the item ordered or do not reasonably match the description.

Products may be inspected only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and condition.

All products must be returned in the condition in which they were received, including any sleeves, packaging and accessories.

You may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling the product beyond what is necessary to inspect it.

Please package the products securely. We recommend using tracked shipping and keeping your proof of postage until the return has been processed.

Return costs

For a normal return under the right of withdrawal, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

If an item arrives damaged, is not the item ordered or does not reasonably match the description, please contact us before returning it. In these situations, Waxer.EU will cover the reasonable return costs or provide another appropriate solution.

We do not charge a restocking fee.

Refunds

After receiving your withdrawal request, we will refund the eligible amount within 14 calendar days.

We may wait until we have received the returned products or until you provide proof that they have been sent back.

Refunds are issued using the original payment method.

When the complete order is returned, the original standard delivery costs will also be refunded.

Additional costs for a more expensive delivery method are not refundable.

When only part of an order is returned, the original delivery costs are not refunded.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

You may return the product according to this policy and place a new order for another product.

Incorrect, damaged or misdescribed items

Please contact us as soon as possible if an item arrives damaged, is not the item ordered or does not reasonably match the description.

Please include your order number and clear photographs where possible so we can provide an appropriate solution.

Exceptions

Any statutory exception to the right of withdrawal will be clearly stated on the relevant product page before purchase.

This policy does not limit any statutory consumer rights.
