Jah Mali / Ryan Thomas / Jahjas & Maka Iox - I Need A Girl / Right Time Riddim

Description
“I Need A Girl” brings Jah Mali and Ryan Thomas together, while “Right Time Riddim” carries the other side under the name Jahjas & Maka Iox. In roots reggae, the one-drop rhythm leaves space for a steady pulse and a vocal line to settle into its own pace; that enduring balance gives this 2008 Jamaican single a clear place in the tradition. Issued by Rootcat Recording, it connects two credited performances through the language of modern roots, where the groove can be measured and grounded without losing its forward motion.
