Alabama - Take A Little Trip / Pictures And Memories

Description
“Take A Little Trip” and “Pictures And Memories” make a country pairing that turns between movement and reflection, inviting a little daydreaming without asking either title to tell the whole story. Alabama’s name brings the warmth of country music to this 1982 USA 7-inch single, issued by Rca as 62253-7. Country songs have long made room for both the open road and the memories that travel with you; these two titles meet naturally in that tradition. Their contrast gives the release its quiet shape: one points outward, the other inward. It’s a small pairing with a familiar country truth at its heart: a journey can carry the past along.
