Art And Dotty Todd - Chanson D'amour (Song Of Love) / Along The Trail With You

Description
Art And Dotty Todd bring “Chanson D'amour (Song Of Love)” to the heart of this 1958 vocal-pop single, where a French phrase becomes an invitation to linger over a love song. There’s a lovely old pop tradition in that gesture: borrowing the romance of another language, then making it feel close and familiar through a carefully delivered vocal. The pairing sits on Era Records as 45-1064, with “Along The Trail With You” waiting on the reverse. Its title turns the mood toward companionship and shared direction, keeping the record’s central promise simple: love is best understood as something you travel through together.
