B.J. Thomas - Everybody's Out Of Town / Living Again

Description
“Everybody's Out Of Town” opens this 7-inch single, with “Living Again” on the other side—a pairing that puts two evocative titles in easy conversation. B.J. Thomas was a singer, and this release sits in the broad pop and rock territory named for it, where concise songs have room to balance directness with a touch of reflection. Its Scepter Records catalog number, SCE-12277, places the edition firmly in the world of the single: a compact format built around a song made to meet listeners quickly and stay with them. Both titles invite attention without needing a grand story around them; their appeal begins with the songs themselves.
