Bachman-Turner Overdrive - Sledgehammer / Roll On Down The Highway

Description
Bachman-Turner Overdrive bring two road-ready titles together on this 1975 single: “Sledgehammer” and “Roll On Down The Highway.” The band’s name sits comfortably in the sturdy tradition of classic rock, where direct, hard-edged songs make room for big hooks and a feeling of forward motion. “Roll On Down The Highway” gives the release its unmistakable open-road spirit, while “Sledgehammer” adds a punchier counterpoint without needing any grand story around it. Issued by Mercury as catalog number 73656, this 7-inch pairs the two titles in a compact meeting of hard rock muscle and the timeless pleasure of a song built to keep moving.
