Baillie And The Boys - Long Shot / You Fool

Description
“Long Shot” leads off Baillie And The Boys’ 1988 Rca single, with “You Fool” on the reverse. Country music has always made room for songs that turn on a risky choice or a hard-won lesson, and these two titles bring that storytelling tradition into focus without giving away their tales. The concise single format suits country’s knack for getting straight to the heart of a song, where a memorable title can open a whole world of feeling. Issued as Rca 8631-7-R, this release preserves a small, specific moment in the group’s story: two named songs, paired in 1988 for country listeners.
