Bill Phillips - I Talked About You Too / Everything Turns Out For The Best

Description
Country songs have a way of making life’s turns feel close at hand: a conversation can carry a sting, while hope may be waiting just around the corner. Bill Phillips brings those contrasting ideas together on this Decca single, catalog number 32295. “I Talked About You Too” opens the story with a title that hints at words shared and perhaps regretted; “Everything Turns Out For The Best” answers with a more hopeful thought. Together, the songs touch two familiar sides of country storytelling, where heartache and optimism can sit side by side. That balance keeps the tradition human: life rarely offers only one kind of ending.
