Bobby Russell - 1432 Franklin Pike Circle Hero / Let's Talk About It

Description
Elf’s 7-inch single brings Bobby Russell together with two titles, “1432 Franklin Pike Circle Hero” and “Let’s Talk About It,” on catalog number ELF 90,020. Russell was a songwriter, and that craft sits at the heart of country rock: songs carry the plainspoken storytelling of country into a setting that leaves room for rock’s broader reach. These titles invite attention to the words and the character of each song, without needing a grand story around them. In country music, a well-shaped song can make an everyday phrase feel worth holding onto; here, Russell’s songwriting is the reason to linger.
