Carlos Guzman - Una Lagrima En La Garganta / Tus Ojos Castaños

Description
Carlos Guzman brings two titles together on this 1980 single: “Una Lagrima En La Garganta” on one side, “Tus Ojos Castaños” on the other. Its mix of compas, cumbia, guaracha and salsa points toward the rich traffic between Latin dance traditions, where rhythms and styles meet without needing to settle into a single lane. That variety gives this pairing its own small sense of journey, while the two song titles keep the focus firmly on Guzman’s music. Issued in the USA by Falcon Record Company as A 2226, it belongs to a tradition built for movement, shared across generations and dance floors.
