Celi Bee - Love Drops / Can't Let You Go

Description
Celi Bee brings a bright disco-era pulse to “Love Drops,” where the language of soul meets the dance floor’s steady invitation to move. The groove carries the warmth and immediacy that make disco such a generous tradition: music built to turn individual feeling into shared motion. Then “Can’t Let You Go” keeps the story going, pairing a title full of longing with the same artist’s unmistakable presence at the center of the record. Issued in 1979 on A.P.A. (APAX-17008), this single catches a moment when funk and soul could open naturally into disco, without leaving their human heart behind.
