Celina Y Reutilio - Pedacito De Mi Vida / Tumba La Caña

Description
Kubaney’s Canadian pressing of this 7-inch single brings Celina Y Reutilio to a musical crossroads where Cuban guajira meets son montuno. “Pedacito De Mi Vida” and “Tumba La Caña” give the record its two distinct title moments, while the pairing invites a closer look at traditions built from rural song and the lively, interlocking pulse of Cuban son. Guajira carries a strong connection to countryside life; son montuno turns toward repeated phrases and rhythmic interplay. Together, the styles make a telling setting for Celina Y Reutilio’s songs. The single’s label and catalog number, Kubaney K-5454, place this particular release in focus.
