Charlie Feldman - Ready, Willing And Achin' / Ready, Willing And Achin'

Description
Charlie Feldman brings “Ready, Willing And Achin'” to a country-rock setting, where the plainspoken pull of singer-songwriter music meets rock’s directness. The title has a wry turn of phrase, but it’s the old country tradition of letting a concise song carry a complicated feeling that gives this kind of music its warmth. On the flip, “Ready, Willing And Achin'” returns, keeping the focus on Feldman’s song rather than adding a second title to the story. Issued by Invitation as I-1001, this USA-pressed 7-inch belongs to a tradition built on memorable words and an unvarnished connection between song and singer.
