Cowboy Junkies / The Carolina Cowboy Band - Can't Play For Real / Carolina By The Sea

Description
On one side, Cowboy Junkies bring us “Can't Play For Real”; on the other, The Carolina Cowboy Band answer with “Carolina By The Sea.” The pairing moves between rock’s open-ended edges and country’s storytelling roots, with the bluegrass and Southern rock traditions in the mix adding a sense of music shaped by many hands and places. Those traditions thrive on songs that can travel from intimate rooms to lively gatherings without losing their human scale. Sunset Records issued this 7-inch single as HS-8003, keeping both titles together in a concise exchange. Each side carries its own name, and the meeting between them makes the record’s simple, memorable premise.
