Dorothy Lerner - Father Of This Moment / City Girl

Description
“Father Of This Moment” and “City Girl” bring two songs together on Dorothy Lerner’s 1974 7-inch single, a release rooted in the expressive world of singer-songwriter pop and soft rock. That tradition makes room for direct, personal songwriting, where the song itself takes the lead and rock’s gentler edges leave space for a voice and a story. Lerner’s pairing sits within that thoughtful pop-rock landscape, with each title offering its own entry point into the record. Issued by Crunch Records as CRA-018005 and pressed in the United States, this single belongs to a period when intimate songwriting and rock arrangements comfortably shared the same musical ground.
