Doug Smith - Beginners Self Instructor For Guitar (Non-Electric) / Strum In Record Time

Description
Doug Smith turns guitar learning into the subject of “Beginners Self Instructor For Guitar (Non-Electric),” a title that makes this 7-inch single’s practical purpose plain. Folk traditions have long travelled through songs learned by ear and passed from one player to another; a record devoted to instruction brings that sharing into a home practice session. The flip side, “Strum In Record Time,” keeps the focus on getting the hands moving, with no need to dress the lesson up as anything else. Issued on Strum In Record Time as EZ 6403, it offers a direct invitation to pick up a guitar and begin.
