Dwight Twilley - I Found The Magic / I'm Back Again

Description
Bright, brisk power pop—Dwight Twilley knows how to make a song feel like it’s already on its way. A singer-songwriter associated with rock, he brings the style’s knack for sharp hooks and compact, energetic songwriting to “I Found The Magic,” then turns to “I'm Back Again” for the flip side. Both titles sit neatly in power pop’s sweet spot: direct, lively songs built for the rush of a memorable chorus. Released in 1982 on Emi America as B-8115, this United States pressing catches Twilley in a form that keeps rock’s immediacy close at hand and leaves plenty of room for a tune to stick around.
