Eduardo Nuñez Y Su Banda Tropical - Mis Tristezas / El Aparatito

Description
Raff’s 1979 single pairs Eduardo Nuñez Y Su Banda Tropical with two titles, “Mis Tristezas” and “El Aparatito,” on catalog number RF-7526. Its cumbia, mariachi and ranchera associations meet in a Latin tradition where dance rhythms and songful melodies can share the same musical ground. Cumbia brings a buoyant pulse; ranchera gives space to expressive, melodic storytelling, while mariachi points toward a richly rooted Mexican musical language. The pairing makes room for those overlapping traditions without needing to pin either title to a single style. Released in the USA, this Raff pressing keeps the focus on a lively meeting of Latin forms.
