Fleetwood Mac - Never Make Me Cry / Tusk

Description
Warner Bros. brings Fleetwood Mac’s 1979 single together around “Never Make Me Cry” and “Tusk,” two titles that capture the range of a band working within pop rock and soft rock. “Never Make Me Cry” sits beside the sharper-edged “Tusk,” giving the record a striking contrast without losing the group’s unmistakable name at its centre. The catalog number WBS 49077 identifies this United States pressing, a small piece of the era when rock singles could hold intimacy and restless energy in close company. Fleetwood Mac’s appeal here lies in that balance: polished songwriting with room for an unexpected turn.
