Four Tops - I Can't Help Myself / Sad Souvenirs

Description
Four Tops bring “I Can’t Help Myself” to the heart of 1960s soul, where a direct melody and an unmistakable group name make a song feel instantly welcoming. The track belongs to the rich Motown tradition: rhythm and blues shaped for concise, expressive storytelling, with the human voice always in the foreground. On the flip, “Sad Souvenirs” offers another chapter in the pair’s musical conversation. This 1965 USA pressing carries the Motown label and catalog number MOTOWN 1076. Four Tops’ name has become part of soul’s shared vocabulary, and this single is a compact invitation into that enduring tradition.
