Gary U.S. Bonds - Out Of Work / Bring Her Back

Description
Emi America’s 1982 single catches Gary U.S. Bonds in the sturdy, song-first world of rock and roll, where a sharp hook and a direct vocal can turn everyday troubles into something made for singing along. “Out Of Work” brings that working-life subject into focus, while “Bring Her Back” shifts the story toward lost love. Bonds is a rock singer, and these songs suit a tradition that thrives on plainspoken feeling, memorable choruses and a little grit around the edges. Issued as a 7-inch single, Emi America B-8117 keeps both titles together, with Bonds at the center of each tale.
