Glen Campbell And Rita Coolidge / Glen Campbell - Somethin' 'bout You Baby I Like / Late Night Confession

Description
There’s a gentle sway to a good country ballad, and this pairing makes room for both flirtation and reflection. Glen Campbell And Rita Coolidge bring “Somethin' 'bout You Baby I Like” to the A-side, while Glen Campbell takes the solo turn on “Late Night Confession.” The contrast gives the single its small, satisfying arc: first a shared song, then a more private moment. Campbell was a country singer and guitarist, and that tradition’s gift for direct, emotionally clear storytelling sits naturally at the heart of these titles. Issued on Capitol as 4865 in the United States, it’s a neat meeting of two voices and one distinctive storyteller.
