Isley Jasper Isley - 8Th Wonder Of The World / Broadway's Closer To Sunset Blvd.

Description
Isley Jasper Isley meet the bright, streamlined pulse of disco on “8Th Wonder Of The World,” a 1987 single that brings soul’s warmth into a dancefloor-minded setting. Disco has always made room for both polish and feeling: a steady groove can carry a song forward while leaving space for the human touch at its heart. That balance gives this release its inviting character. On the flip, “Broadway's Closer To Sunset Blvd.” offers another title from the same musical world, linking city streets and California imagery in a compact phrase. Issued on Cbs Associated Records as ZS4-07018, the record belongs to a moment when soul and electronic textures shared the floor.
