Jimmy Griggs / Jimmy Griggs Brothers Two Willard & Joda - In The Middle Of Nowhere / I've Enjoyed As Much Of This As I Can Stand

Description
“In The Middle Of Nowhere” and “I've Enjoyed As Much Of This As I Can Stand” bring two sides of country storytelling together: the lonely stretch of road and the point where patience runs out. Jimmy Griggs takes the first, while the second is credited to Jimmy Griggs Brothers Two Willard & Joda. This 7-inch single comes from Boothill as BH 1007, pressed in the USA. Its honky-tonk and truck-driving country setting belongs to a tradition that turns distance, hard luck and plainspoken feeling into memorable song subjects. The titles alone trace a small, sharp arc—from being stranded in the middle of nowhere to knowing when enough is enough.
