Joe Walsh - Theme From Boat Weirdos / Life's Been Good

Description
A little offbeat, a little loose—Joe Walsh brings his wry rock sensibility to this 1978 single. “Theme From Boat Weirdos” shares the record with “Life's Been Good,” a title that hints at the playful spirit surrounding Walsh’s music without needing any extra explanation. Pop rock has always had room for characters who sound more interested in having fun than standing on ceremony, and this pairing sits comfortably in that tradition. Released in the United States on Asylum Records as E-45493, it catches Walsh in a moment when rock could be both polished and mischievous. The charm is in that balance: a sharp grin beneath the easygoing surface.
