John Neel & The Marchin' Machine - Somewhere High / The Amazin' Marchin' Machine

Description
“Somewhere High” meets “The Amazin’ Marchin’ Machine” on a 7-inch single that brings an easy-listening melody into the bright, steady world of the march. John Neel & The Marchin' Machine gives the pairing a clear character: one title suggests a graceful turn toward pop, while the other plants its feet in marching-band tradition. That contrast is part of the pleasure, as brass-led music moves between formal pulse and accessible song. Issued in the United States on Epic, catalog number 5-10409, this release joins two strands of popular music that have long shared a fondness for memorable tunes and a strong sense of occasion.
