John Preston / Frank Clark - Blue On Blue / Those Lazy-Hazy-Crazy Days Of Summer

Description
Two voices share this Hit Records single, catalog number 69, with John Preston opening the story in “Blue On Blue” and Frank Clark taking the other side with “Those Lazy-Hazy-Crazy Days Of Summer.” The titles place the record in the familiar world of vocal pop, where a concise song can carry a mood in just a few minutes and a pair of sides offers two distinct points of entry. Preston and Clark are credited separately, each with a song of his own, making the contrast between the titles part of the record’s appeal. Together, they give this United States pressing its own small, neatly balanced exchange.
