Josue - Corazon Corazoncito / Igual Que Yo

Description
Josue brings the intimate language of bolero to “Corazon Corazoncito,” a title that sits naturally within a tradition built around romance and expressive song. Bolero has long made room for tenderness, longing and the small turns of feeling that can fill a whole story; its lasting appeal lies in that close, human scale. Here, the title invites you into that world without needing a grand gesture. The record’s flip side, “Igual Que Yo,” offers another doorway into Josue’s music. Issued in 1972 in the USA on Arv International, catalog number R-1492, this single connects Latin music to bolero’s enduring art of intimate expression.
