Jr. Walker & The All Stars - Clinging To The Thought That She's Coming Back / Gotta Hold On To This Feeling

Description
“Clinging To The Thought That She's Coming Back” carries the ache of waiting into a record rooted in soul’s gift for turning private longing into something shared. Jr. Walker & The All Stars bring that feeling into focus, while “Gotta Hold On To This Feeling” shifts the thought toward perseverance: holding fast when the heart has reason to waver. Soul is the label, and S-35070 identifies this 1970 USA pressing. There’s a lasting tenderness in the way these titles meet—one looking toward a hoped-for return, the other insisting that a feeling can be worth keeping. It’s a small, vivid story in the language of soul.
