Kool & The Gang - Stone Love / Holiday

Description
Kool & The Gang bring two different turns of phrase together on this 1992 funk single: “Stone Love” on one side, “Holiday” on the other. The pairing gives the record its own little conversation, with each title opening a distinct door into the group’s musical world. Funk has always made room for both grit and lift, letting a groove carry a song while leaving space for changing moods; that balance is part of what keeps the tradition alive across generations. Issued by Collectables as COL 4447, this United States pressing places both songs in the hands of listeners who know a single can hold more than one kind of occasion.
