Lovelace Watkins - When I Fall In Love / Hello Young Lovers

Description
A little vocal warmth goes a long way. Lovelace Watkins brings a singer’s touch to two songs with deep roots in popular song: “When I Fall In Love” and “Hello Young Lovers.” Both have long invited performers to make a familiar standard feel personal, and that close connection between voice and listener is part of the pleasure of vocal pop and soul. This 7 inch single pairs the titles on M-G-M, catalog K12875, in a United States pressing. There’s no need to dress these songs up as something new; their enduring appeal lies in the way a singer can make a well-loved melody feel intimate again.
