Mark Chesnutt - It Sure Is Monday / I'm Not Getting Any Better At Goodbyes

Description
“It Sure Is Monday” catches the feeling of a fresh week arriving before you’re quite ready, while “I’m Not Getting Any Better At Goodbyes” turns toward the harder work of letting go. Mark Chesnutt is a country singer, and these songs sit in a tradition that has always made room for plainspoken stories of work, heartache and the everyday turns between them. There’s a particular honesty in country music’s knack for giving ordinary troubles a memorable title without dressing them up. This 1993 USA single was issued by Mca Records as MCAS7 54630 MC 40695; its two titles keep the focus on life’s familiar ups and downs.
