Mark James - Sunday Rain / Candy

Description
Mark James brings a pop-rock touch to “Sunday Rain,” a title that sits comfortably in the tradition of concise songs built to make a lasting impression. Pop rock has always found room for both direct songwriting and a little edge, and that balance gives this single its natural appeal. Released on Scepter Records as SCE-12257, it pairs James’s “Sunday Rain” with “Candy” on the flip. The two titles keep the focus on the song itself: a familiar pop form, open to the energy of rock. It’s a small, inviting piece of the enduring conversation between pop melody and rock attitude.
