Mitch Ryder - I Need Lovin' You / The Lights Of Detroit

Description
Mitch Ryder brings a soul-minded charge to “I Need Lovin' You,” where rock and roll’s directness meets the yearning pulse of rhythm and blues. That blend has always made room for a voice to sound both urgent and deeply human: a little grit, a lot of heart, and no need to smooth away the edges. Ryder is a rock singer, and this Dynovoice release, catalog number DY-916, puts that tradition at the center. Turn to “The Lights Of Detroit” for the other title, rooted in the same city-shaped musical world. The lasting pleasure is how naturally rock and soul meet in Ryder’s hands.
