Moments - Where Can I Find Her / Sexy Mama

Description
“Where Can I Find Her” and “Sexy Mama” put two sides of the Moments’ story together: the tender search of the first title meets the easy confidence of the second. On this 1973 Stang Records single, catalog number ST-5052, the group works within soul’s rich tradition of giving feeling a clear, memorable shape. Funk’s pulse and soul’s expressive voice have long made room for both longing and flirtation, letting a song move from private thought to shared groove without losing its human warmth. The contrast between these titles gives the record its character, while the Moments’ name ties both sides to one unmistakable soul identity.
