Nat "King" Cole - Bend A Little My Way / Non Dimenticar (Don't Forget)

Description
Nat "King" Cole brings a gentle romantic touch to “Bend A Little My Way,” a song title that suggests the tender art of meeting someone halfway. Cole was a singer and pianist, and that combination of voice and keys sits naturally within pop’s long tradition of making intimate feelings feel close and familiar. The record’s other side turns to “Non Dimenticar (Don't Forget),” a song whose Italian title carries a simple plea across languages. Issued by Capitol as F4056, this USA pressing places two expressions of affection together, with Cole at the heart of both. Romance, here, is less grand gesture than the hope of being remembered.
