Paul Barrère - Fool For You / Fool For You

Description
“Fool For You” meets itself again on the flip, giving this 1983 single a neat little loop of a title. Paul Barrère brings a Southern rock sensibility to the release, where rock’s open-road spirit meets the earthy pull of Southern musical traditions. That tradition has always made room for sturdy songcraft and a strong sense of place, without needing to dress its stories up. Issued by Mirage as catalog number 7-99897, this American 7-inch single keeps the focus on Barrère and the same song on both sides. Sometimes a title repeated is its own kind of invitation: stay with the song, and let it settle in.
