Pirates Of The Mississippi - A Street Man Named Desire / Mystery Ship

Description
On this Liberty 7-inch single, Pirates Of The Mississippi pair “A Street Man Named Desire” with “Mystery Ship,” two titles that invite a little storytelling before a note is even played. The group works in country, a tradition that has always made room for vivid characters, plainspoken drama and songs that feel close to everyday life. Here, the contrast between a street-side figure and a vessel shrouded in mystery gives the release its own small narrative pull, without needing the songs to be explained in advance. Liberty’s S7-57995 brings those titles together, leaving the stories—and their turns—to the music.
