Player - This Time I'm In It For Love / Every Which Way

Description
Rso’s 1977 single from Player catches pop and disco meeting in the easy, romantic language of the dance floor. “This Time I'm In It For Love” sets the scene, while “Every Which Way” gives the release its second title and another glimpse of the group’s concise, song-focused approach. The seven-inch appeared in the USA as Rso RS 890, a small-format release made for the era when disco’s pulse was finding a place in mainstream pop. Its appeal lies in that crossover: polished pop songwriting carried into a dance-minded moment, where love songs could move as readily as they could linger.
