Quarterflash - Take Me To Heart / Nowhere Left To Hide

Description
Quarterflash brings a bright, direct pop-rock charge to this 1983 single, with “Take Me To Heart” on one side and “Nowhere Left To Hide” on the other. The contrast between those titles gives the pairing its own little story: an open-hearted reach followed by a more shadowed turn, without needing either song to explain the other. Pop rock thrives on that meeting of immediacy and edge, keeping a strong melodic center while letting the arrangement push forward. Issued by Geffen Records as 7-29603 BCA 2417S, this USA pressing places both songs in the concise, punchy world of the seven-inch single.
