Radney Foster / Pam Tillis - The Running Kind / Silver Wings

Description
Country songs often find their deepest pull in the space between leaving and longing. Radney Foster opens this single with “The Running Kind,” a title that suggests motion without giving away the story; then Pam Tillis takes the other side with “Silver Wings,” a song title that turns the mind toward travel. Together, they place two distinct voices beside a familiar country tradition: songs that carry personal feeling through clear, memorable images. The record was issued in 1994 on Arista as catalog number 07822-12758-7. With Foster and Tillis sharing the two sides, this single makes a small, thoughtful meeting of country songwriters and interpreters.
