Rodney Crowell - Looking For You / Looking For You

Description
Rodney Crowell’s “Looking For You” arrives in the rich storytelling tradition of country music, where a song can turn longing into something plainspoken and close at hand. Crowell is a country singer-songwriter, and this 1986 release gives that tradition its focus through one title presented on both sides: “Looking For You.” The repeated title invites the listener to return to the song, as country has long made room for love, distance and the search for connection in direct, memorable words. Issued in the United States on Columbia as catalog number 38-07137, this single keeps its attention firmly on Crowell and the enduring country art of the love song.
