Roger Voudouris - Don't Turn My Music Down / Don't Turn My Music Down

Description
Roger Voudouris brings a pop-rock sensibility to “Don't Turn My Music Down,” a title that feels like a declaration before a note has even had its say. The song appears on both sides, letting its central phrase return as the record turns over—a small, pleasing invitation to stay with the music rather than move on. Pop rock has always made room for songs that meet the listener directly, balancing rock’s drive with the approachable shape of a pop song. Released in 1978 on Warner Bros. Records as WBS 8562, this U.S. single keeps that direct appeal at its heart.
