Senior Class - Disco Pomp / Disco Pomp, Too

Description
Senior Class brings two takes on the same dance-floor idea to this 1978 disco single: “Disco Pomp” and “Disco Pomp, Too.” Disco grew from funk and soul traditions, carrying their pulse into a new social setting where the groove could stretch out and keep people moving. The paired titles make this release’s central gesture plain without needing a grand story around it: return to the phrase, turn it over, and let the dance continue. Issued in the USA on Amerama Records as catalog number 5008, this 7-inch captures disco’s knack for making repetition feel like an invitation rather than a boundary.
