Senior Class - Disco Pomp / Disco Pomp, Too

Description
Senior Class brings “Disco Pomp” to the dance floor with a title that catches disco’s taste for bold gestures and a little theatrical sparkle. In the late 1970s, disco turned the pulse of funk and soul into a shared invitation: steady grooves, bright accents and room for dancers to make the music their own. This 1978 American single appeared on Amerama Records as 5008. Turn it over for “Disco Pomp, Too,” which carries the same playful title forward without needing a grand story around it. Senior Class leaves us with a neat reminder that disco’s sense of occasion could begin with a groove and a name.
