Silver - Right On Time / Wham Bam

Description
Silver brings “Right On Time” into the easy-running current of country rock, where rock’s drive meets country’s plainspoken sense of melody. The song’s title suggests good timing, but it’s the blend of traditions that gives this 1976 single its place: country rock has long made room for sturdy rhythms and tunes that feel at home on the open road. Arista issued the record as AS 0189, pairing “Right On Time” with “Wham Bam” on the flip. Southern rock’s earthy pull sits close to that country-rock spirit, keeping the music rooted in rock while leaving space for a country turn of phrase.
