Smith - Take A Look Around / Mojalesky Ridge

Description
On this 7-inch single, Smith sets “Take A Look Around” beside “Mojalesky Ridge,” two titles that give the release its own quiet sense of contrast. The record comes from the crossroads where blues rock’s grit meets psychedelic rock’s open-ended spirit and soul-rock’s deeper pulse—a tradition built on feeling as much as volume. Issued by Dunhill Records as D-4228, it offers a glimpse of rock music stretching beyond a single color or mood. The pairing invites a closer look at how the era’s blues-rooted language could keep shifting, making space for both directness and a more exploratory edge.
