Smokey Robinson & The Miracles - Oh Baby Baby I Love You / Crazy About The La La La

Description
Smokey Robinson & The Miracles bring a tender plea to “Oh Baby Baby I Love You,” its direct address sitting naturally within soul’s heart-on-sleeve tradition. In rhythm and blues, love songs often give private longing a shape listeners can share, turning intimate feeling into a common language without losing its closeness. This 1969 Tamla release, catalog number T 54206F, keeps that tradition in view. On the flip side, “Crazy About The La La La” offers another declaration of affection, its title adding a playful note to the pairing. These songs hold onto a lasting pleasure of soul: the feeling that a simple expression of love can carry real weight.
